The main focus, of course, is the "wreath". I made it using Cheery Lynn Design's English Tea Party doily. This die is amazing, as the details are so beautiful and it all cuts out so well!
For the center of the wreath, I used a dimensional floral sticker from K& Company. And around it I put a circle of gold Nestabling rhinestones. These are awesome; all you do is pull up the whole circle and stick it down. No need to try to evenly place rhinestones one by one!
For my sentiment, I used one of the Nestabilities Fancy Tag dies. I stamped onto SU!'s brushed gold card stock and cut it out using a Nestabilities oval die.
